by Silversea Cruises has bolstered its commitment to providing industry-leading service to its guests, appointing Teresa Ignacio as AVP, Global Guest Services—effective August 1. Reporting to Massimo Brancaleoni, Senior Vice President of Global Sales, and collaborating with each of Silversea’s regional Managing Directors, Teresa will develop, implement and lead a global operational strategy across all Silversea contact centers. Ignacio will be based in Miami.

Bringing more than 25 years of experience, Ignacio started her career in the Philippines, where she worked in both the shipping and telco industries, before moving on to lead service operations in consumer electronics in Asia Pacific, and subsequently relocating to the U.S. in 2013. Prior to joining Silversea, Ignacio oversaw the Consumer Managed Services program for an American multinational financial services corporation, on behalf of 100+ financial institution clients.
